What are the delivery times in France?
Our usual delivery times are 3 to 5 business days. You choose your carrier directly on the store when placing your order.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, we ship to the United States. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery to the United States.
Returns and refunds
How do returns work?
Returns are free for purchases of 39€ or more. Below that amount, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defective product, where the return is always free.
How do I get a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is processed as quickly as possible to the payment method used for the order.
